Until there is complete reform of the home buying process, which is long overdue, vendors need a trusted navigator. Don’t fall for the gimmicks, some may randomly work; or the cheaper on line options or the Agents that give inflated evaluations. I have used Christopher Hodgson every time I have moved and will continue to. As a buyer experiencing a number of other agents, I know the Christopher Hodgson service is excellent, efficient and client focussed.
