I’m not usually one to write reviews, but wow! Christopher Hodgson is hands down the best estate agency I’ve ever used. Over the past year, having moved multiple times, I’ve never experienced service like this. Freya, in particular, has been exceptional from our very first viewing. She is not only professional but goes above and beyond in every way. There is no rushing; she genuinely takes the time to listen to your worries and concerns. For the first time ever at a house viewing, I felt like I could really take my time to explore the property, something I’ve never experienced with other agents. Thanks to Freya, we fell completely in love with the place. She answered all our questions with incredible knowledge and, for anything she wasn’t sure of, she got back to us promptly with the right information. There’s a warmth and homely feeling to the Christopher Hodgson team, super friendly, approachable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Even a month into our new home, they’re always available to answer questions or solve any issues quickly and efficiently. Used this company to let out two apartments after another agent failed to find new tenants after nearly 2 months! Freya at Christopher Hodgson did a great job along with the rest of the team. Both got let to good quality tenants within a couple of weeks of going live! They even arranged to get professional cleaners in so both apartments were ready for the new tenants. Highly recommended.
