Information about the fees we charge to Tenants

Tenant Fees (payable when applying for a new tenancy)

A non-refundable tenant referencing fee will be payable as follows:

£200 inc VAT for one tenant only.

£130 inc VAT each for two of more tenants


Tenancy Renewal Fee

£30 inc VAT


Guarantor Referencing

£130 inc VAT (if applicable)


Deposit (Payable on signing your tenancy agreement, prior to move in)

One and a half times the monthly rental amount

Example: £650 x 1.5 = £975

First month's rent is payable in advance on signing your tenancy agreement


DPS - Deposit Protection Service   

As part of the Housing Act 2004 the Government introduced tenancy deposit protection for all assured shorthold tenancies (ASTs) in England and Wales where a deposit is taken. From April 6th 2007, all deposits paid under an AST should have been protected within 14 calendar days of receipt by the landlord.
