Yesterday my partner and I viewed a property in Whitstable. We were shown around by Felicity and she was absolutely fantastic! Right from the offset she took control of the showing. As soon as we stepped into the property she gave us detailed information and really orientated us around the house. She was fully knowledgeable about every aspect of the property and was able to answer all our questions. We have viewed quite a lot of houses in the past year and she has been by far the best estate agent we have dealt with at a house showing. Throughout the process, information was shared appropriately and timely. The diligence shown to match the right tenant that suited our family requirements was excellent. We were not hopeful at first, being very particular, however then perseverance shown from the team was outstanding. Susan in particular showed determination commitment to meeting all of our requirements. Susan went the extra mile to ensure the new tenant was introduced and settled into the property in person.
