The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) is an independent licensing

scheme for lettings and management agents operating in the private sector.
Firms licensed to use the NALS logo meet strict criteria including adherence to accounting practices in relation to the handling of client money, clearly defined service standards and inclusion under the NALS Client Money Protection Scheme which protects consumers in the event that anything untoward should happen to their money.
NALS operates UK wide and all of its firms are part of an ombudsman scheme.

NAEA Licensed

This Logo means that there will be a NAEA MEMBER based at each of this agent's branches.
The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) is the leading professional body for estate agents. NOT all estate agents are Qualified or Regulated.
Members of the NAEA are regulated and adhere to a strict Code of Practice.
To ensure a good level of knowledge, Members are required to attain the "OfQual" regulated technical Award in Residential Sales that ensures Members understand law relating to residential property sales, best practice and promotes a better understanding of construction and property appraisal.
The Association provide complaints and disciplinary procedures so that any disputes are dealt with efficiently and fairly. Failure to do so can result in heavy financial penalties and possible expulsion from the Association.
